This programme is specifically designed to provide quality foundational learning experiences and knowledge for students intending to pursue professional fields related to the built environment. These fields include architecture, interior architecture, quantity surveying, construction project management, facilities management, and real estate management.
The programme is intensive and focuses on developing essential skills in communication, construction fundamentals, materials, mathematics, and economics related to the built environment. It is delivered through structured classroom sessions to build both theoretical understanding and practical knowledge.
Upon completion, students will gain a strong foundation to progress into specialized studies or entry-level roles within the built environment industry.

Age Limit
Minimum 17+ years required at the time of admission.
Education
10th
Language
English proficiency as per Singapore PEI requirements (GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, or placement test).
Experience
For mature students of at least 30 years who do not meet the above minimum academic entry requirements but with at least 8 years of working experience in the relevant fields will be considered on a case by case basis.
